One more thing that I learn from Monday’s class is that a good ad is figurative and symbolic.  I think it should be communicate the message clearly with images that are not too obviously.  For example, from our last projects, the ads for blue moon bears are use the shape of woman’s body to promote the idea of elegant.  That is figurative.  For this project, our group was having the interview idea for our video.  However, we changed our idea after more deep discussion and understanding of our project.  Therefore, we are using more abstract visual images to introduce the process of how student will become a graphic designer as they study at CSULA graphic design program.
